2016 is Here! Time For All Things New

A new year is here, and with it comes so many opportunities, so many new beginnings. I always love the idea that no matter what has happened in the past, it's past, only the future lies before us.

As 2015 ends and 2016 starts, I can't believe this will will be our 14th year online. Throughout the years, I've been asked so many times to write a trading blog, and I figured why not, I can combine two of my passions (trading and writing). Thus with the new year, this blog begins.

Like you, everywhere I look, I see article after article, headline after headline, proclaiming what 2016 will bring. They tell us what stocks will be the best, which currencies will dominate. What to buy, what to sell. The market fortune tellers go on and on..

Here's my prediction for 2016! Some of them will be right. Some of them will be wrong (way more than those that are right). I guarantee this will come true!

Predictions, opinions, forecasts, ALL of these are for the most part just educated guesses (and plenty of uneducated ones). For entertainment value or informational purposes, you can read them or listen to them.

But, for your trading, don't put a value on ANY of them. Seriously, none. Trade only what you see in the markets, nothing else.

Oil and Silver COULD start to become attractive soon. The DOW could go to 20000. It could go to 10000. I don't know, you don't know, nobody does.

So, with this fresh start, start with the right mind set. Listen only to what the markets do, eliminate all else.
