Terms and Conditions

Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of this material in any form without prior written consent from Soler Investments is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the use of your password.

You agree that excessive simultaneous account log-ins from different IP addresses may result in additional charges or termination of your service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone.

You agree that by yourself, or with others, you agree not to compete with Soler Investments, or have any business interest in such enterprises that shall be engaged in competition, as proprietor, partner, employee, shareholder, principal, agent, consultant, director, officer, or in any capacity or manner whatsoever, anywhere. You also agree not to lend money to anyone for the purpose of creating a service that competes with Soler Investments.

Membership with Soler Investments will continue until it is either discontinued by Soler Investments, or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received. You may also cancel by logging in to Paypal at anytime prior to the end of the current paid subscription period and electing to cancel your subscription. No refunds for unused time for the current paid period in which you request cancellation will be issued. There will be absolutely NO refunds of any sort issued.

There will be no assignment of this impersonal advisory contract performed without your written consent. You have the right to terminate this contract, without penalty, within 5 business days.

This agreement shall be regulated under the laws of the State of Washington.
